Breathing
There are 7 different kinds of breathing like the 7 chakras. Each of the 7 breathings make you relaxed and solve problems in your body. You can repair your chakras with breathing and control both right and left side of the chakras in the body.
The 'Kapalabhati' washes your brain from any blockage or tension, specially for opening of your nose, eyes, ears and face muscles like also head muscles. With minimum few minutes of Kapalabhati makes relax your back, shoulders and stomach. It is good also for lungs.
Each of the 7 breathings refer to a different part of the body.
